We have selected our coffee from the BRAZIL range in the Minas Gerais region in Brazil, on plantations 750m above sea level.
The plantations on the volcanic valleys with fertile soils rich in minerals guarantee a quality coffee, sweet, balanced and without acidity.
The coffee cherries are harvested manually when ripe and then dried in the sun before being pulped.
One of the peculiarities of "Yellow Bourbon" is that when ripe, the cherries containing the coffee beans take on a yellow color.
It is used as a single origin coffee because it has delicate toasted notes and a delicate acidity.
Our slow artisanal roasting gives our BRAZIL range sumptuous caramelized notes enlivened by a delicate lemony note.

Our know-how is unique: We control our production chain to the end in order to guarantee absolute quality and authenticity of our products. Our coffee recipes are carefully developed by our Master Roaster, who roasts using a slow and progressive artisanal cooking method. We then let the beans cool naturally before grinding them and packaging them in a capsule. We guarantee that the filling of the capsules is elaborated by us, without any addition of chemicals, dyes, flavor enhancers.

Our coffee from the Pure BRAZIL origin range is certified 100% from organic farming, the production and distribution of which are controlled by ECOCERT (FR-BIO-01).
