Our COLOMBIA range is a 100% Arabica coffee with subtly toasted notes.

It is in the Region of Santander, located in central Colombia, that we have selected our coffee.

This region is renowned for producing the best coffee in Colombia. Coffee grows in a mountainous area, in a tropical climate. This Grand Cru variety is grown under shade

The producers with whom we collaborate use the “Hand Picking” method in order to select only the cherries which have reached maturity. This selective picking as well as our artisanal roasting methods give our coffee a subtly fruity and finely tart taste.

The lid of our latest generation capsules is completely waterproof, a perfect oxygen barrier to maintain the aromas of our freshly roasted coffee.

Our know-how is unique: We control our production chain to the end in order to guarantee absolute quality and authenticity of our products. Our coffee recipes are carefully developed by our Master Roaster, who roasts using a slow and progressive artisanal cooking method. We then let the beans cool naturally before grinding them and packaging them in a capsule. Enjoy an authentic organic coffee, without any addition of chemicals, colorings, flavor enhancers.
