This gourmet coffee is sourced from the Oiba village in the Santander region of Colombia. It is cultivated at an altitude between 1100 and 1900 meters, in the natural shade of the forests, on volcanic soil. The 115 families who truly worship coffee, not only grow the coffee but also dry the cherries and remove the pulp by wet processing. It guarantees one of the highest quality of coffee beans in Colombia.
TIPS FOR USING GREEN COFFEE
For a cold decoction, put 10 green coffee beans in a large glass of water at the end of the day. Keep overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, drink the decoction after removing the coffee beans.
For a hot infusion, prepare the cold decoction and reheat it. You can add lemon, cinnamon, or honey. We recommend Panela, which will give it a subtle caramelized taste.
Roast the coffee in a Light French "Robe de Moine" to develop a smooth, slightly caramelized coffee.
ATTENTION: NON-ROASTED GREEN COFFEE - Do not put in an automatic machine with a built-in grinder or in a grinder. Green coffee is very hard and will damage your grinder.
